By accessing or using tidbok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to post harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content. You will not harass, abuse, or threaten other users. You will not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create on the Service. By posting content, you grant tidbok a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policies vary by platform (web, iOS, Android).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
