Add a co-host

Share the work: co-hosts can do everything except delete the event or remove the owner.
  1. Open your event and choose Settings.
  2. Under Hosts, enter your co-host's email address and tap Add.
  3. They get an email. When they sign in with a confirmed email address that matches, they become a co-host.
  • An event can have up to five co-hosts.
  • Co-hosts see the same guest list and tools, send invitations and nudges, and get the same reply summaries.
  • Only the owner can delete the event or remove other co-hosts. A co-host can remove themselves.
