- Invitation emails name you as the host and carry your welcome message, the date and place, a button to reply and an "add to calendar" link.
- They are sent from tidbok (
noreply@tidbok.com). By default, replies go to you, the host, so guests will see your email address. You can switch this off per event ("Replies go to my email"). - Guests get one invitation, an optional reminder if you nudge them, and a reminder the day before if they said yes or maybe.
If an invitation went to spam
New senders sometimes land in spam, especially with Yahoo. Ask the guest to open the message, choose Not spam, and add noreply@tidbok.com to their contacts. You can always send the event's short link yourself.
To stop reminders for one event, a guest taps the link at the bottom of the reminder. To stop everything from tidbok, see Stop texts or emails.
