Hosts can add phone numbers of people they know. Each person gets one short text naming the host and the event with a link to reply, and at most one reminder if the host turns that on.
- Before sending, the host confirms they know these people and have their permission to text them.
- Every text says how to opt out: reply STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not text between 9 pm and 8 am in the event's time zone; those texts wait until morning.
- Texts are only invitations and reminders — never marketing. Details are in our Text message terms.
